Obi GEO support

For help with Obi GEO, email support@obijuan.dev. Include your account email, your site address and the AI app you use, and we’ll reply by email.

Quick fixes

• My AI app won’t connect. Check that the address is https://geo.obijuan.dev/mcp, then follow the steps for Claude or ChatGPT.
• My sign-in code expired. Codes last 10 minutes and work in the browser that asked for them. Ask for a new one.
• I reached a limit. Daily limits reset the next day. See pricing for the numbers.
• My WordPress site won’t connect. The site must use HTTPS and run the latest Obi GEO plugin. Staging copies can’t connect; use the live site.
