Obi GEO checks public websites and connects AI apps to sites their owners chose. To keep that safe for everyone, don’t use it to harm websites, people or the service.
Don’t
- Use inspections to overload, probe or attack a website, or to get around logins, paywalls or bot protection.
- Connect a site you don’t own or manage, or that you aren’t allowed to connect.
- Scrape content at scale or collect personal data through inspections.
- Share or sell account access, or use several accounts to get around limits.
- Send anything through Obi GEO that is illegal, deceptive or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Test, probe or reverse-engineer the service’s security without our written permission. Report problems instead.
How inspections behave
Inspections read public pages only, never private network addresses. They respect robots.txt for their own crawler, read a small number of pages, stop after a time limit, and run one at a time per account.
What we do about misuse
We may slow down, pause, cancel or ban an account, depending on what happened, and we keep a record of why. Serious or repeated misuse ends with the account closed.
